Terms of Use (EULA)

Acceptance of These Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Gym Trackr, you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the app only with consent of a parent or legal guardian.

License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and any applicable App Store rules.

Restrictions

• Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the app.
• Do not use the app to violate any law, infringe rights, or harm others.
• Do not attempt to bypass or disable access controls, paywalls, or subscription checks.
• Do not misuse the app in a way that could impair its performance or availability.

Subscriptions & Billing (Auto-Renewable)

Gym Trackr requires an active subscription to use. The subscription is an auto-renewable in-app purchase called Gym Trackr Pro with two options: Monthly and Annual.

• Price: Price is shown in the App Store and may vary by region.
• Auto-renewal: Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Renewal is charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel: You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
• Trials (if offered): If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Account & Cloud Sync

Cloud sync is optional but requires an account. We use Supabase for account management and cloud synchronization. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

User Content & Data

The app stores the workout data, preferences, and other information you choose to enter. If you enable cloud sync, your data is stored in your account and synchronized through Supabase. You retain ownership of your data, and you grant us the rights necessary to process and store it to provide the service.

Apple EULA / App Store Terms

If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, the Apple Media Services Terms and the Apple standard end user license agreement (EULA) apply. Apple is not responsible for the app, its content, or any related support or services.

Fitness Disclaimer

Gym Trackr provides workout and fitness information for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Always consult a qualified professional before beginning any new fitness program.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Your subscription will continue until canceled in App Store settings.

Disclaimers

The app and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Features may be added, removed, or changed over time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gym Trackr and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or profits arising from or related to your use of the app.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gym Trackr and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the app or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact us and provide a brief description of the issue and your contact information so we can try to resolve it informally. If we cannot resolve a dispute, you and Gym Trackr agree that either party may choose to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration instead of court, except for claims that qualify for small claims court.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and may provide additional notice in the app. Your continued use of the app after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
