Acceptance and summary

By downloading, accessing, or using Gym Trackr, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

• The native app requires an account and an active paid subscription or eligible trial.
• Payment and renewal are managed by Apple through the App Store.
• Gym Trackr provides general training information, not medical diagnosis or treatment.
• Public receipt and Pact landing pages may be viewed without a membership; using the app or accepting a Pact requires paid access.

Eligibility and licence

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Gym Trackr only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Subject to these Terms, Gym Trackr grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service for your own non-commercial training.

Paid membership and billing

Gym Trackr is a paid-only app. Available monthly, annual, and trial options—if any—are displayed in the purchase flow with the current regional price and duration before you confirm.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation.
• An auto-renewable subscription renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Apple may charge for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel through your Apple App Store subscription settings. Gym Trackr cannot cancel an Apple subscription on your behalf.
• Refund requests and billing disputes are handled under Apple’s applicable policies.

If an entitlement expires, native product access returns to the paywall. Expiry does not by itself delete your account or training record.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining control of your Apple ID, device, and Gym Trackr session. Do not share authentication credentials or attempt to transfer subscription access between accounts.

Account-backed synchronization may be interrupted by network, provider, or maintenance conditions. Keep your device and app current and review important records after a failed sync.

Training and health disclaimer

Gym Trackr provides general fitness and hypertrophy programming information. It does not provide medical advice, diagnose injury or illness, replace a qualified coach or clinician, or guarantee muscle gain, strength gain, or any health outcome.

Exercise carries risk. Use judgment, select loads you can control, use suitable equipment and supervision, and stop an activity that causes pain or feels unsafe. Seek qualified medical advice for severe, sudden, worsening, or persistent pain and before training where your health circumstances warrant it.

Auto Programme, Coach, and Session Adapt depend on the information you record. Suggestions may be incomplete or unsuitable if that information is missing, inaccurate, or no longer current.

Public receipts and private Pacts

You choose whether to create a public workout receipt link. Anyone with an active bearer link may view or forward its privacy-filtered contents. You are responsible for where you send it. You can revoke a link in the app.

Pacts are private, cooperative groups. Do not use invitations, display names, kudos, reporting, or blocking tools to harass, impersonate, threaten, spam, or circumvent another member’s choice to leave or block.

Gym Trackr may invalidate links, remove members, restrict social features, or suspend accounts to protect members, enforce these Terms, or comply with law.

Your content and data

You retain ownership of workout records, notes, profile information, and other content you provide. You grant Gym Trackr the limited rights necessary to store, synchronize, process, display, and share that content only as needed to operate the features you choose.

Do not upload content you do not have the right to use. Review the Privacy Policy for collection, sharing, retention, export, and deletion details.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• bypass the paywall, authentication, feature flags, rate limits, or other access controls;
• probe, scrape, enumerate, or abuse receipt or Pact tokens;
• interfere with service operation or another person’s account;
• reverse engineer the app except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• use Gym Trackr for unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or harmful activity; or
• represent Gym Trackr output as medical diagnosis or professional medical advice.

Account deletion and subscription cancellation

You may delete your Gym Trackr account from your profile. This permanently removes the primary account and profile-owned product data as described in the Privacy Policy and cannot be undone.

Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate. Deleting the account does not cancel billing through Apple. Manage the subscription in App Store settings first.

Changes, suspension, and availability

Gym Trackr may add, change, or remove features and may suspend access for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or a breach of these Terms. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Gym Trackr does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free synchronization, preservation of every local record, or compatibility with every device or operating-system version.

Apple terms, liability, and governing law

If you obtain Gym Trackr through the App Store, Apple’s media services terms and standard end-user licence terms also apply. Apple is not responsible for Gym Trackr’s content, support, or services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gym Trackr and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, use, goodwill, or profits arising from the service. These Terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before bringing a formal dispute, contact support@gymtrackr.app so the parties can attempt an informal resolution. Either party may elect binding arbitration where legally permitted, except for eligible small-claims matters.

Gym Trackr may update these Terms. The effective date will be revised, and material changes may also be communicated in the app. Continued use after the revised Terms take effect means you accept them.
