Workout Tracking

Q: How do I add a new exercise?

A: From the workout screen, tap the "Add Exercise" button and search for the exercise you want to add. You can also create custom exercises.

Q: Can I edit a completed workout?

A: Yes, open your workout history, select the session, and make your changes.

Data Sync

Q: How does data sync work?

A: Your data stays on device by default. If you enable cloud sync, it will update when you're online.

Q: What happens if I'm offline?

A: The app works fully offline. Everything will sync automatically when you're back online (if sync is enabled).

Notifications

Q: Can I set reminders for my workouts?

A: Yes. Enable notifications in settings and set reminders for planned workouts.

Basic Troubleshooting

  • App is crashing or running slow: Restart the app. If the issue persists, install the latest version from the App Store.
  • Data not syncing: Confirm you're signed in and online, then log out and back in to force a sync.
  • Notifications not working: Check iOS notification settings for Gym Trackr.
