Workout Tracking
Q: How do I add a new exercise?
A: From the workout screen, tap the "Add Exercise" button and search for the exercise you want to add. You can also create custom exercises.
Q: Can I edit a completed workout?
A: Yes, you can go to your workout history, select the workout you want to edit, and make your changes.
Data Sync
Q: How does data sync work?
A: Your data is automatically synced to the cloud whenever you have an internet connection. This allows you to access your data from any device.
Q: What happens if I'm offline?
A: The app is designed to work offline. You can continue to track your workouts, and your data will sync automatically once you're back online.
Notifications
Q: Can I set reminders for my workouts?
A: Yes, you can set custom notifications and reminders in the app's settings to stay on track with your fitness schedule.
Basic Troubleshooting
- App is crashing or running slow: Try restarting the app. If the issue persists, make sure you have the latest version installed from the App Store or Google Play.
- Data not syncing: Check your internet connection. If your connection is stable, try logging out and logging back into your account to force a sync.
